About DATES Lab

The DATES Lab focuses on next-generation computing architectures and intelligent design automation. Key research areas include Neural Processing Units (NPUs) for AI, Memory-Centric Computing (PIM/PNM), Quantum Computing, Reliable Memory Systems, and AI-driven Electronic Design Automation (EDA) for VLSI/SoC.
